We are currently looking for a Project Developer who will lead the development of renewable energy projects (solar, storage, or hybrid) from origination through financial close.
Your role will wncompass:
- Lead full project lifecycle from site identification to ready-to-build stage.
- Manage due diligence, feasibility studies, environmental and technical assessments.
- Secure land rights, permits, and grid interconnection approvals.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and construction teams.
- Negotiate with landowners, utilities, regulators, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Support PPA and offtake contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and identify new development opportunities.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in renewable project development.
- Proven record delivering utility-scale renewable or storage projects.
- Strong understanding of permitting, grid connection, and energy markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
