We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to join our team in Turek, Poland, supporting the construction of a 560MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major energy infrastructure project, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence throughout all construction phases.

Your Role

• Support and oversee construction activities for the CCGT project from planning through to completion, ensuring alignment with design and project objectives.

• Provide engineering expertise on-site, ensuring all works are executed according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution.

• Review and monitor construction schedules, progress, and resource allocation to support timely achievement of key project milestones.

• Identify and resolve technical and engineering issues that may arise during construction, implementing effective and practical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and technical accuracy.

• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, promoting a strong safety culture on-site.

• Participate in progress meetings and prepare reports on construction performance, technical challenges, and risk mitigation actions.

What You Bring to the Role

• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering for large-scale industrial or power plant projects, preferably within the CCGT sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of gas turbine systems, steam generation, and combined cycle processes.

• Hands-on experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing technical interfaces between engineering and construction.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and quality control for large industrial projects.

• Proven understanding of HSE standards and procedures, with experience implementing best practices on-site.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
