We are currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our Grid & Digital Solutions department of the M Power Projects division based in Elbasan for the duration of 3 - 4 months.
Your role will encompass:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Review and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks.
- Report progress and issues to project managers.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in construction
- Experience in supervising and monitoring subcontractors
- Ability to work on site in Fier
- Experience in industry/energy related prohects..
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
