Site Construction Supervisor

Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our Grid & Digital Solutions department of the M Power Projects division, based in Elbasan, for a duration of 3–4 months.

Your role will encompass:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors on site

  • Ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards

  • Monitor construction progress and adherence to drawings, method statements, and site instructions

  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and site procedures

  • Perform regular site inspections and quality checks

  • Identify and escalate construction issues or deviations to the Project Manager

  • Support coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

What you bring to the role:

  • Technical background in Civil Engineering or Construction (degree or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction or site supervision role

  • Proven experience supervising and monitoring subcontractors on active construction sites

  • Ability to work on site in Fier

  • Experience in industrial / energy-related projects is considered a strong asset

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment
