Third-Party Risk Compliance Lead

We are currently looking for a Third-Party Risk Compliance Lead to join our Compliance & GDPR team based in Paiania.  

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital part in our company’s effort to design and be accountable to operate the third-party risk management (TPRM) system which will contain all necessary levels of due diligence for all vendors, customers, and partners of METLEN group companies. 

 

Your role will encompass:    

  • Establish and manage the organization’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring timely due diligence of third parties through a primary principle-based approach and a secondary risk-based approach. Create a mitigation toolkit and implement continuous monitoring practices. 

  • Implement and manage a software platform to facilitate the TPRM process, supporting third-party risk assessments, calculating inherent risks to the organization, customizing due diligence questionnaires based on third-party attributes, and enabling risk mitigation and ongoing monitoring. 

  • Develop, maintain, and share policies, procedures, and guidelines for third-party compliance Metlen’s requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for TPRM matters and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Lead the evaluation of all existing and new third parties of the group and oversee the due diligence process of all third parties focusing on sanction, data privacy, integrity, H&S, Cyber security, AI, CSDDD, procurement, and modern slavery requirements. 

  • Conclude on the relevant to the third-party residual risk compliance and other contractual clauses. 

  • Develop KPIs and regular reports to track compliance and third-party risk management activities, while also preparing periodic reports for the BoD audit committee, senior management, and stakeholders, reporting to the Compliance and GDPR Director. 

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and third parties on TPRM. 

 

 

What you bring to the role:   

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Economics, Business Administration, TQM, or related field.   

  • Certifications in enterprise risk management or internal audit are a strong advantage. 

  • Strong knowledge of ERM/ CRM systems 

  • 10+ years of experience in compliance frameworks and risk management roles including at least 3 years in managerial positions.  

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
