We are currently looking for an Operational Specialist  to join our Technical & Procurement team team, part of our M Renewables Division based in Thessaloniki, Greece.  

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort for the effective document management, system administration, and quality assurance throughout all project phases. Your work will support smooth communication and compliance with internal standards and external requirements.

Your role will encompass:   

• Develop and maintain a structured document control system, ensuring all project documentation is properly tracked, categorized, and accessible
• Handle the flow of incoming and outgoing documents, distributing them to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and secure manner
• Manage document versions and revisions, ensuring updates are aligned across teams and that the latest versions are always available
• Maintain consistency and quality in all project documentation by managing templates and performing regular reviews
• Serve as the administrator for the document management system, overseeing user access, permissions, and providing support or training as needed
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues related to the document system to ensure smooth operations

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
• 2+ working experience in related rolePrior experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Strong typing/editing skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively across departments
