We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Construction team in the project Chirpan, Bulgaria.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Coordinate energy development on the project, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality standards.
  • Monitor site activities of subcontracting partners: site clearance, fence building, installation of equipment.
  • Coordinate the process of connection to the electricity grid, internet connection, and maintain the documentation required.
  • Manage communication with authorities, contractors and internal teams (technical, legal, financial).
  • Lead and document project meetings, ensuring agreement follow-up and risk mitigation.
  • Support the preparation of schedules, budgets and progress reports of the projects.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Researching information as required.
  • Keep track of and report on project progress.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Professional degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Renewable Energies or other related careers.
  • Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in the development of construction projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes, environmental permits, and land management.
  • Mastery of tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or GIS tools will be valued.
  • Skills for planning, organizing, and communicating effectively in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Proactivity, strategic thinking and results orientation.
