The Power Trading Operator in North Macedonia provides operational and administrative support to the ongoing electricity trading activities of the company. The role assists the central operations team by managing local documentation, monitoring regulatory developments, and ensuring accurate coordination with local stakeholders. It plays a supportive function in compliance, invoicing, and reporting processes to guarantee smooth and lawful execution of trading operations in the North Macedonian market.

Your role will encompass:

• Assist in preparing trade documentation, confirmations.
• Support the central trading desk by collecting local data and verifying operational details.
• Track and report regulatory updates from the North Macedonian energy market.
• Support in maintaining compliance documentation and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Verify invoices from local counterparties and ensure correct communication with the accounting team.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, transactions, and reports.
• Liaise with local entities (regulator, market operator, TSO) to support operational alignment and information exchange.
• Act as a point of contact between local institutions and the central operations team.
• Coordinate with local partners, legal firms, and service providers for documentation, signatures, and filings.
• Support logistical or procedural needs related to trading and company representation.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and ensuring timely handling of regulatory updates, compliance submissions, and documentation.
• Maintaining effective coordination with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Headquarters) and external stakeholders (regulators, TSOs, counterparties).
• Guaranteeing that all invoices and trade-related documents are accurately reviewed, approved, and processed within required timeframes.
• Assisting in identifying potential counterparties and supporting the company’s growth and business development in the North Macedonian power market.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of North Macedonia’s electricity market and its regulatory structure.
• Experience in administrative or operational roles, ideally in the energy or finance sector.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude, able to coordinate with multinational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Macedonian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain structured documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
• Familiarity with using regulatory or market platforms (e.g., MEPSO, MEMO) to access data or submit information.
• Experience in reviewing, validating, and processing contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
