We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Construction team, Srem Project, Bulgaria.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and managing electrical high-voltage aspects of the project, ensuring the successful execution of electrical systems. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines.
Your role will encompass
- Study and understanding project designs, crosscheck for errors, and report to the Construction Manager
- Follow-up of the connection process with the local authoritiesReport daily and weekly progress and materials to the Construction Manager
- Monitor construction material stockSupervise and support subcontractor activities to ensure that the design compliance in accordance with the Bulgarian Laws and procedures
- Enforce subcontractors' quality controls and implement the project's quality control program
- Oversee subcontractors' installation work quality and precision to the design
What you bring to the role:
- University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering – High voltage
- Previous experience in the connection of renewables projects (solar, wind & batteries) is considered an advantage
- 4+ years of experience in similar position
- Excellent command of the English and Bulgarian Languages
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)Advanced use of AutoCAD software
- Flexibility to relocate to the project site
