We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and catalyst for transformation within our Energy & Renewables Division. Based in Singapore, this role supports our APAC and Emerging Markets footprint, partnering with executive leadership to drive people strategies that accelerate business performance and growth. The HRBP will lead organizational development, talent and succession planning, and complex change initiatives, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business priorities, compliance standards, and the evolving energy landscape.
Your role will encompass:

Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders, aligning workforce and talent priorities with business objectives and transformation goals.

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Act as the link between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.

Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational design initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business readiness.

Oversee talent development, succession planning, and engagement strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and performance culture.

Utilize HR systems and analytics to monitor key metrics (e.g., performance, turnover, engagement) and generate actionable insights.

Foster collaboration, coach leaders, and support conflict resolution to sustain a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
What you bring to the role:

8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering and organizational transformation.

Deep understanding of HR practices, workforce planning, and change management within dynamic, multinational environments.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance frameworks across APAC.

Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics, and HR metrics to inform evidence-based decisions.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative leadership style.

Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is an advantage.
