We are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer to join our Project Mangement team of our M Power Projects division, in our offices in Paiania.

Your role will encompass:

Execution of Contracts (EPC):

• Manage and execute EPC contract, consortium contract and supplier contracts and bring continuous improvement to the contract templates.
• Support commercial negotiations with clients/partners etc
• Identify and optimize the contract commercial execution.
• Prepare the commercial reports. Based on project execution to be presented to management.

Subcontractor’s Contracts:

• Analyze and execute subcontracts, supplier contracts.
• Improve and optimize existing subcontract templates and general purchasing terms.
• Supervise and manage construction subcontracts.

Project Execution Follow-up:

• Manage, supervise and handle EPC contracts, commercial and contractual issues (such as variation order, claims).
• Manage the project’s contract documentation and communications.

What you bring to the role:

• MSc in Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience ideally in the construction/energy sector or similar experience.
• Working experience with standard contractual documents, such as FIDIC , will be appreciated.
• Additional project and/or contract management training on international construction/ industrial projects will be appreciated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Availability for national and international travel is required.
