Front Office Associate

We are currently looking for a Front Office Associate based in Chile to join our People Services team.

 

In this role, you will provide front-line support to employees, addressing HR queries and ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will also handle ticket submissions, follow up on open tickets, and escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure smooth HR operations. 

 

Your role will encompass:   

  • Providing front-line support by addressing HR queries and submitting tickets in the system
  • Regularly following up on open tickets, ensuring resolution and providing employees with updates
  • Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate HR team members or management
  • Advising employees with no HRIS access on HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance
  • In addition, this role will encompass the same duties as the HR Ops Associate role 

 

What you bring to the role:   

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations or customer service
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and ticketing systems for data management and issue tracking
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to generate HR reports and identify trends to improve HR processes
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring transparency and clarity in HR processes
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on employee satisfaction
