We are currently looking for a talented Sales Operations Administrator to join our B2C team part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division in our Paianias Offices.

 

By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting and coordinating the sales operations function, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, maintaining accurate data, and helping sales teams achieve their goals through effective administrative support.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and document preparation.
  • Supporting the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
  • Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Maintaining and supporting the use of sales tools and systems, such as CRM, sales enablement platforms, and communication tools.
  • Assisting in user training and onboarding for new sales tools.
  • Documenting and updating sales processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow between departments.
  • Coordinating communication between sales teams, management, and other departments.
  • Liaising with internal teams to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely responses.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • High School Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative roles, preferably within sales operations or support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., BI).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve processes.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and operations.
