We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our B2C team as part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division at the Protergia store in Peristeri.
By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the success of our store. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, offering personalized assistance and expert guidance to help them find the products and services that best meet their needs. Your role will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of store organization, and ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for all visitors. Additionally, you’ll handle customer complaints efficiently, maintaining loyalty and trust, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Your role will encompass:

Providing personalized customer support.

Demonstrating excellent product knowledge.

Understanding customers’ needs and offer the appropriate product/ service.

Keep up with sales targets of the store.

Handling complaints efficiently while maintaining customer loyalty.

Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues.

Managing cash transactions securely.

Organizing store displays and maintaining cleanliness.
What you bring to the role:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales environment.

Experience in Energy Sector is an asset.
