QΑ/QC Engineer

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our M-Renewables team in one of our solar parks in Kozani. As a  QA/QC Site Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications. You will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes, conduct inspections, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. 

 

Your role will encompass:

 

  • Monitor and enforce QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Perform inspections on civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical work, including subcontractor oversight
  • Review and document quality records, inspection results, and nonconformances
  • Work closely with external quality assurance officers during inspections
  • Identify and address any noncompliance or issues, reporting to senior management
  • Conduct site audits and ensure adherence to safety and company policies

 

What you bring to the role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field 

  • Experience in QA/QC in the construction of solar parks with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in large scale solar parks (minimum 20MW) 

  • Good use of English language 

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills 

  • Great attention to detail and a result driven approach 

  • Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field
