We are currently looking for a Project Director to join our M-Renewables team, in Warsaw, Poland. 

 

The Projects Director Eastern Europe is responsible for controlling & monitoring the Project Management and Operational and Administrative Teams of the regional offices to ensure their smooth operation and on-time and within budget completion of the Projects. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Directs and monitors RFQ/RFP processes and prepares cost analysis and financial offers
  • Approves the final design package and budget, establishes the Project Execution Team, and leads supplier/subcontractor selection
  • Oversees project performance by approving budgets, payments, and risk management actions
  • Leads the development and monitoring of the project’s Logistics Plan in collaboration with Project Managers and HQ Logistics
  • Ensures creation, control, and approval of project cost analysis and budgets, as well as monitoring supplier, subcontractor, and client payments
  • Approves recruitment and labor contracts, ensuring immigration compliance
  • Reviews and approves supplier and subcontractor contracts and coordinates with legal departments and regional legal advisors
  • Oversees O&M budgets, payments, and supports HQ operations

 

What you bring to the role:  

  • University Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Civil Engineering 

  • 10+ years experience in Project Management and 3 years experience in similar position

  • Demonstrable experience in managing more than one energy related projects in parallel.

  • MSc or MBA will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent use of English Language 

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project/Primavera 

  • Leadership and negotiation 

  • Communication and Negotiation skills
