We're currently looking for a Project Development Manager to join our M Renewables team in Poland.

Your role will encompass:

• Manage development of our renewable energy projects in POLAND.
• She or he responsible of the development, communications with public administration, and handle the permits, license and authoritarian process.
• Coordinate and planning of the activity, achieving the policies defined by the strategic plan.
• Evaluate the status of the projects during the development phase
• Supervise co-development agreement and the possible risk in each investment opportunity
• Manage and advance complex projects and achieve development and permitting milestones from greenfield prospecting to construction-ready status.
• Manage to possess an understanding of the permitting process (solar, storage), interconnection, and market frameworks involved in ensuring successful projects.

• Travel to project locations to meet with landowners, permitting officials, and local officials.
• You will work hand-in-hand with our Development Department, report back to our central office in Milano, Italy.

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous working experience in the same position in Poland with proven development experience in solar,
• Deep understanding of ‘greenfield’ development process for solar PV and storage projects (including site control, securing interconnection, permitting process, etc.). Good knowledge of associated business development costs
• Fluent communication in Polish and English

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science and Business Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of proven energy project permitting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to travel as needed for project development and Public administrations meeting.
