We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition and Development CoE team part of our HR Division in our offices in Athens, Greece for a 12-month contract.
By joining this role, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and assessing talent for hard-to-fill positions in the Energy sector. You'll conduct innovative sourcing methods and in-depth candidate assessments to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.
Your role will encompass:
- Sourcing & Assessing Talent - be an expert in sourcing hard-to-fill positions and finding the best talent in the Energy sector through using innovative sourcing methods. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations
- Employer Branding - support on the design and creation of exciting employer branding content to represent Metlen Energy & Metals as a market leading energy and renewables employer of choice
- Talent Pooling - build diverse talent pools through effective targeting and talent pipelining of both passive and active candidates. You will be responsible for actively overseeing regular and accurate updates of our global job adverts, external jobs boards, recruitment networking; keeping D&I in mind through every part of the Talent Attraction process.
- Be a Metlen Energy & Metals Ambassador - Get people excited about Metlen Energy & Metals and match great talent to great opportunities. You will often be the first person that someone talks to from Metlen, so you need to be great at understanding what motivates them and match their motivations with the many benefits of working here.
What you bring to the role:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment environment
- Tech-savvy and familiar with our tools/systems: SuccessFactors or other Applicant Tracking System, MS 360
- Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Candidate experience focused, passionate about employer branding and be creative in our approach to sourcing talent
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates and external partners
- Motivated by impact, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and practical solutions
