We are currently seeking a Senior Buyer to join our Procurement Team.
Your role will encompass:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure best value while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct cost reduction analysis, research sourcing opportunities, and evaluate supplier capabilities
- Manage RFPs, vendor selection, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support the organization’s purchasing objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and support procurement policy development.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of goods/services and handle purchase orders.
- Prepare reports related to supplier performance (KPIs) on price, quality, on-time delivery and deliver briefs and updates as and when required
- Act as key user for the procurement ERP module.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Procurement, Logistics is considered an asset.
- +5 years of procurement experience, especially in complex IT arrangements.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
- Solid market knowledge, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
