Retail Sales Supervisor Chalandri (M1)

We are currently looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our B2C team as part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division at the Protergia store in Chalandri. This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success. 

By joining this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the success of our Protergia store in Chalandri. You will oversee daily store operations, guide and train the sales team, and ensure targets are met. Your leadership will contribute to customer satisfaction, improve store performance, acquire new customers, and manage sales KPIs and cash effectively.


Your role will encompass:

  • Organizing all functions of the store and assigning responsibilities to the sales team.
  • Monitoring, guiding, and training the team members with the aim of maximizing performance and keep up with the sales targets of the store.
  • Handling customer complaints and maintaining the store's reputation.
  • Implementing and monitoring promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing department.
  • Keeping track of market trends and competition to identify needs for store improvement.
  • Acquiring new customers and partners.
  • Monitoring sales KPIs of the store and creating relevant reports, where needed.
  • Cash management.


What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the Energy Market would be considered as an asset.
  • Technology oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good verbal and oral knowledge and use of the English language.
  • Results oriented mentality and team spirit.
