We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our M-Renewables team in our offices at Paiania.

 

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating air and sea transportation, customs clearance, and the secure handling and storage of materials and equipment. You will ensure that all shipments are delivered on time, comply with regulatory requirements, and are properly stored in company warehouses.


Your role will encompass:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation of materials from ports and airports to project sites worldwide
  • Manage customs clearance procedures and liaise effectively with customs authorities, carriers, and partners
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and secure delivery of equipment and materials in line with project requirements
  • Supervise and optimize warehouse operations, including proper storage, handling, and inventory management of products
  • Oversee cargo insurance and maintain accurate, up-to-date shipment documentation
  • Foster close collaboration and maintain clear communication with the Procurement department and project site teams
  • Monitor material flow to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project schedules
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of sea and land transportation procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
