Junior Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in one of our Paiania offices. As a Junior Project Manager you will play a key role in construction project management while working closely with senior leadership, site teams, and external stakeholders, to ensure on schedule completion and compliance with the company’s high-quality standards. 

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget delivery.

  • Conduct site surveys, gather cost data, and assist in project design and budgeting.

  • Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and track project budgets, schedules, and the Programme of Works (PoW).

  • Support the preparation and management of supplier and subcontractor contracts.

  • Coordinate with Site Managers and teams to ensure project objectives are met and resources are available.

  • Assist in negotiations, change management, and compliance with permitting and interconnection requirements.

  • Monitor QHSE standards on-site and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Prepare and maintain regular progress reports for stakeholders and identify project risks.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Renewable Energy projects or project support roles.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, health & safety standards, and budgeting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project or similar).

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
