We are currently looking for B2C Partner Support Agent to join our B2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you'll play a crucial part in building strong dealer relationships, supporting sales effectiveness, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through proactive support and collaboration.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Providing product information and support on promotions, discounts, or updates to help dealers sell more effectively.
- Assisting in troubleshooting product or service issues dealers might face, offering quick solutions to ensure sales remain on track.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure dealers receive the necessary support to meet customer demand.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any dealer-related issues that impact the customer experience.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or dealer-facing role, ideally within the B2C or retail sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Reporting and Dashboarding tools (e.g., BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
