We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join our Operations Team as part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital part in minimizing credit risk exposure of new and existing customers, ensuring sound financial decision-making and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Your role will encompass:
- Evaluating creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and payment histories.
- Setting appropriate credit limits for customers in line with risk assessment outcomes, company policies, and credit history.
- Handling exceptions requiring further evaluation and ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitoring compliance with ethical credit control practices and regulatory requirements.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to the company’s Credit Policy to enhance efficiency and risk management.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Credit Professional) will be considered an asset.
- 2+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial analysis roles is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
