We are currently looking for a Winback Agent to join our Contact Center & Sales Efficiency Team of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices. 

By joining this role, you'll play a pivotal part in increasing our customer base by reactivating customers who have canceled services. You will engage in meaningful conversations, understand the reasons for their cancellations, and offer tailored solutions to win them back as loyal customers.

 

Your Role Will Encompass:

  • Engaging with customers who have canceled services to understand their reasons and working towards reactivating them.
  • Developing and performing optimal win-back practices to bring back former customers.
  • Offering special deals or solutions that entice customers to return.
  • Recording, analyzing, and providing feedback on customer behavior, reasons for cancellation, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Providing valuable insights for continuous improvement of the company’s services and products.

 

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 2 + years of experience in Call Center Operations or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Flexibility, patience, and perseverance in handling challenging customer situations.
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach to achieving personal goals.
