We are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Manager (B2B) to join our Energy Customer Solutions team and lead the expansion of our corporate and industrial client portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value opportunities with corporate, industrial, and multi-site customers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and tender participation to contract negotiation and closure—focusing on complex, long-cycle deals that go beyond commodity supply, including renewable energy, efficiency solutions, and sustainability services.
Your role will encompass:

Drive new business growth through the strategic acquisition of large corporate and industrial clients, including those with complex and multi-site energy needs.

Own the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to tender management, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners and intermediaries such as brokers, third-party introducers (TPIs), and energy consultants.

Develop and execute a scalable channel sales B2B strategy to grow our footprint in key sectors and regions

Support with onboarding, training, and sales enablement, ensuring all B2B teams have the tools and knowledge to effectively position our solutions.
What you bring to the role:

10+ years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial roles—ideally within the energy, utilities, or telecoms sector.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value, strategic deals.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to co-create compelling solutions.
