We are currently looking for a Β2Β Sector Manager to join our Energy Customer Solutions team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and building long-term partnerships with clients in the Cultural & Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Education & Sports, and Healthcare segments. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Your role will encompass:
- Lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sector-specific sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.
- Allocate accounts and responsibilities strategically, based on team capacity and business priorities within the Real Estate & Institutions sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
- Monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions when necessary, and drive accountability across the team.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from pipeline development and lead generation to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sale retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Credit, and B2C to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
What you bring to the role:
10+ years of professional sales experience, including 5+ years in managerial or leadership role.
Strong background in key account management and customer service.
Solid understanding of the energy sector and technical product offerings.
Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams towards target achievement.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
PC literacy and proficiency in relevant CRM and reporting tools.
