We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Energy HSQ & Sustainability team, in our offices in Athens.
Your role will encompass:

Execute various processes for the department, taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and maintaining accurate and detailed records

Coordinate internal Division Projects

Collect weekly and monthly data and prepare the executive report presentations

Arrange travels, including booking accommodations, transportation, and managing itineraries
-
Handle invoices, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
-
Assist with budget control by tracking expenses, monitoring spending against allocated budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Maintain a calendar of meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely attendance

Organize and oversee event planning activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee management
-
Update and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
-
Order office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate deliveries to support daily operations
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree is desirable
-
2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong inclination in Excel, Power Point and MS Word
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
-
Excellent use of English (written & spoken), additional language will be considered as an asset.
