We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Energy OT Cybersecurity Manager to join our Energy Technology Division, based in Athens, Greece.
As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and resilience of our energy infrastructure. You will lead the design and implementation of OT security strategies, collaborate across engineering and IT functions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your work will directly support the secure integration of critical systems, enabling innovation while protecting operational continuity.
Your role will encompass:
- Design, implement, and maintain OT security controls and architectures across energy infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure secure integration of OT systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response planning for OT environments.
- Monitor and analyze OT network traffic and logs to detect and respond to threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443).
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of OT security initiatives to ensure delivery within scope, quality, and budget.
- Drive change initiatives to support the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors across the organization.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across domains and senior leadership to align objectives and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain initiative momentum.
- Monitor initiative performance and incorporate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to governance, process optimization, and standardization of OT security practices.
- Analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions that support both strategic and operational goals.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3), network segmentation, and industrial control systems.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection in OT environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, IEC 62443) are a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Awareness of emerging AI technologies, including their applications in cybersecurity and security initiative management, will be considered an advantage.
