As Supply Chain Officer, you will support the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating procurement activities, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers, and maintaining accurate data across all supply chain processes. This role is key to managing due diligence, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and sustainability standards. You will contribute to efficient, ethical, and transparent procurement operations across the organization.

Your role will encompass:

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain and work closely with Procurement and operations team to facilitate effective procurement processes
• Manage communication with suppliers regarding participation in Ethical and Integrity audits, Financial Due Diligence (FDD), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessments 
• Collaborate with the Sustainability Department and Finance Department, alongside the Supply Chain Manager, to monitor and report on the progress of ESG evaluations and FDD evaluations
• Dispatch templates and requests the issuance of contractual ESG requirements (e.g., traceability, origin, ESG, Bill of Materials)
• Receive and evaluate third-party reports, such as quality assurance audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Issue reports regarding the outcomes of the Due Diligence (DD) processes and results
• Implement and apply organizational policies and T&P policies
• Support the Whitelisting (WL) process by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Create and retain ESG Traceability lists and data files to monitor compliance with sustainability objectives

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Business Administration, Logistics Finance, Sustainability, or a related field
• Experience in Supply Chain, procurement, vendor management, compliance, or sustainability-related roles
• Familiarity with ESG principles, supplier due diligence, ethical sourcing, and sustainability reporting frameworks
• Excellent use of English language
• Proficiency in MS Office
