Job Description: 

 

We are currently looking for a Senior Contract Officer to join our O&M team in our offices in Thessaloniki.

 

As a Senior Contract Officer, you provide key support to the Legal Team, Project Team, and O&M Department in the drafting, negotiation, and completion of EPC contracts, O&M contracts, tender submissions, subcontracts, and O&M supply contracts.

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Provide contractual and legal support under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel and O&M Senior Management
  • Manage O&M and related contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and enforcement of rights
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks to minimize disputes and protect entitlements
  • Support the preparation, review, negotiation, approval, and execution of contracts, amendments, and variations
  • Ensure back-to-back flow-down of key terms and obligations to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist in negotiations and drafting of contractual documentation with clients and partners
  • Prepare and manage contractual notices, variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOTs)
  • Maintain contract trackers, templates, and key contractual records in line with internal procedures
 
 
 What you bring to the role: 
  • Bachelor in Law
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract law, preferably in-house, or in a law firm environment
  • Experience in EPC contracts and subcontracts, including contract administration and dispute management, is advantageous
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills to protect the company’s interests
  • Strong contract administration skills with proactive identification of contractual risks and issues
  • High attention to detail and strong document and contract management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
