We're currently looking for a Project Developer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN in our offices in Milan. 

Your role will encompass: 

• Conduct preliminary analyses of the projects to be developed (i.e. Constraint Framework, Useful Area Evaluation and Power Estimation, Grid Connection Hypothesis, Identification of Authorization Procedure)
• Development Management (i.e. Project/pipeline acquisition and co-development agreements, Notarial preliminary contracts, Connection practice management, Design verification, Control and Participation in the Authorization Process)
• Legal Team Support (i.e. Definitive Notarial Contracts, Due Diligence, Corporate Demergers)
• Discharge Team Support (i.e. Transfer of Authorization Title, Extension of Authorization Terms)
• Coordination Team Support (i.e. Pipeline Review, Budget Approval, Payment Requests)
• Grid Team Support (i.e. Monitoring Deadlines, Connection Practices Changes)
• EPC Team Support (i.e. Authorized Project Modification)

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewables Energy, Business or related fields. 

• Proven experience in solar project development, with a track record of successfully completed projects. 

• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies 

• Profiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) 

• Strong analytical and organization skills 

• Italian and English knowledge  

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
