We are currently looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to join our People Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and performance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will oversee system configurations, manage data quality, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and support technical issue resolution. You will play a key role in optimizing HR workflows, supporting system users, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
This position acts as a strategic link between HR and IT, managing system integrations and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance HRIS functionality.
Your role will encompass:

Oversee HRIS system configuration, data uploads, and overall data integrity, ensuring alignment with HR Digital standards and compliance with privacy regulations

Lead system integrations and represent People Services in cross-functional IT projects, while managing vendor and IT relationships to resolve technical issues

Evaluate new system features and upgrades, ensuring they meet HR process requirements and contribute to continuous system improvement

Act as Tier 2 support for complex or escalated HR data issues, conducting audits and improving data quality and collection tools

Deliver system training and support to HR users, promoting effective usage and self-sufficiency across teams

Drive process optimization and automation through data insights, while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR reporting

Designs training and guidance to HR employees on system functionalities, ensuring effective usage and troubleshooting of the HRIS system.

Recommends improvements to HR workflows and processes through data-driven insights and proposes ways to streamline and automate manual tasks.

Ensures that all HRIS reports meet regulatory and company-specific reporting standards.
What you bring to the role:

Experience leading teams, managing performance, and fostering continuous growth and engagement

Proven experience in HRIS management, HR systems configuration, and data governance

Strong knowledge of HR processes and data flow across the employee lifecycle

Experience in systems integration, upgrades, and working with IT or digital teams

Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards

Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from HR data

Excellent communication skills, especially in training delivery and process documentation
