We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Project Finance Officer based in Athens, who will support project finance department in all activities related to Infrastructure, PPPs, and RES financings in Greece and Europe.
Your role will encompass:
- Prepares presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers & reports addressed to Banks
- Manages complex financial models to analyse debt funding and returns, sensitivity analysis
- Evaluate Bank offers and Term Sheets aiming to optimize financial structure including IRS hedging
- Assesses bankability aspects of project documents (EPC, O&M, PPA) and provides support with quantitative analytical analysis
- Selection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination
- Deals execution including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns
- Finance Documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reporting, and waiver process
- Reports to Global Project Finance Treasury Director based in Athens
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration. A Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an asset
- Up to 5 years’ proven structure finance experience in banking, advisory firm or a large organization with similar responsibilities
- Proven experience in Renewables non-recourse financing processes
- Loan structuring including Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close process
- Investment appraisal & Credit analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of legal and accounting principles of non-recourse financing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPoint
