We are seeking an analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Athens offices. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Your role will encompass:
- Creating and analyzing financial reports, including data on income/expenditure and transactions for quality control
- Consolidating Group forecast and budget PnL
- Summarising budget trends, analysing deficiencies and reporting variances
- Reviewing Group accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and business cases for new projects or investments
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Master’s degree in Finance or another related field will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS will be considered as an asset
- Excellent Greek and English language communications skills
- Sufficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit
