Project Manager (Technology Enablement Office)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Technology Enablement Office in Athens, Greece. 

By joining this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Technology Enablement strategy, processes, and initiatives within one of the three METLEN sectors (Energy, Metallurgy, CF). You will play a key role in product ideation, roadmap development, and resource planning while ensuring timely and effective delivery of ongoing projects. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Product Ideation & Evaluation – Collect and assess business requirements, validate feasibility, and define scope, budget, and resources while facilitating cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Prioritization & Roadmap Development – Work with leadership to analyze initiatives, propose prioritization, and present product roadmaps for approval in QBRs and Digital Council meetings. 

  • Budget & Resource Management – Forecast and allocate resources, monitor compliance, and escalate hiring needs to prevent bottlenecks. 

  • Product Development Oversight – Track progress of ongoing products, ensuring adherence to methodologies, on-time delivery, and efficient execution. 

  • Performance & Stakeholder Reporting – Monitor strategic objectives, optimize technology investments, and provide regular updates on status, risks, and opportunities. 

 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 2+ years in program management or PMO roles, with exposure to multinational teams and transformation projects; consultancy background valued. 

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities; highly organized with proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Familiar with digital transformation technologies (AI, ML, IoT, cloud, data analytics) and agile/waterfall methodologies; MS Office proficiency, PM certification a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or Management required; Master’s degree considered an advantage.
