We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer, HR PMO - Greece to join our HR PMO team, within Human Resources General Division.
In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive HR Program, managing HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and creating presentations for leadership meetings. You will play a key role in ensuring that strategic HR projects are executed on time, and risks are managed effectively.
Your role will encompass:
- Assist in developing and managing the annual HR Program, including project prioritization and monitoring, and update the HR Program Plan with key milestones for HR projects and BAU activities
- Collect weekly updates, resolve issues proactively, and escalate risks to the Senior Program Manager
- Develop tools to monitor HR team capacity and assist in managing strategic HR projects through structured problem-solving
- Lead cross-HR initiatives, ensuring coordination across teams for projects outside ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and delivery of materials for CPO meetings
- Prepare “CEO-ready” presentations for Committees, business meetings and synthesize decisions and next steps from HR leadership meetings
- Engage with stakeholders to secure alignment with program objectives, and develop strategies to ensure their support and effective participation throughout the program
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects or being part of a strategy consulting team
- Proven track record in transformation operational excellence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
