We are currently looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team in our offices at Paiania.
As an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, you will support the design and implementation of organizational structures, governance, and HR processes, while driving OE diagnostics, reporting, and job evaluation. Your role ensures organizational equity, continuous improvement, and alignment with global best practices.
Your role will encompass:
- Support the design & implementation of organizational design principles & governance on a global scale and industry best practices
- Implement OE Health Check mechanism, run process & organizational design analysis, build on findings from OE Health
- Check diagnostic phaseDesign, consolidate and analyze HR reports, revealing and alerting management on all key trends
- Enable organization structure improvements, implementation of change and transformation
- Responsible for implementing the methodology, principles and processes for job creation, job design, job grading, maintaining the job model of the organization to ensure internal equity is maintained
- Execute the job evaluation process for the new positions and revaluation
- Maintain & update job family model & role profiles, incorporate new business activities & roles and design create also the requirements for this role
What you bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleEducational background ideally in Engineering, Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, organizational design frameworks, and HR processes
- Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings clearly to stakeholders
