We are currently seeking a Marketing Officer to join our Corporate Marketing team in Athens.

Your role will encompass:

• Support in planning, developing, and executing corporate marketing campaigns that align with business goals and corporate brand strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Communications, HR, Energy, and Metallurgy divisions) to develop messaging, creative assets, and rollout plans across multiple channels (TV, digital, print, internal communications).
• Assist in the design and production of corporate videos highlighting Metlen’s projects worldwide.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships.
• Support event marketing efforts including invitations, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and follow-up.
• Work with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, fact sheets, and event collateral.
• Manage administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, budget tracking, and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and events.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, corporate communications, or event management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong networking ability internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A creative, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and project management skills.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
