We are currently looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Portfolio Growth & Strategic Partnerships Department, based in Athens, Greece. 

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, commercial negotiations, and business development initiatives. You’ll analyze energy market fundamentals, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for portfolio growth and new market entries. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Tracking and analyzing energy market data, pricing trends, regulatory changes, and competitive movements. 

  • Delivering timely, data-driven insights to support strategic planning, commercial negotiations, and new partnerships. 

  • Identifying emerging trends and commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy. 

  • Developing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex market signals into actionable recommendations. 

  • Monitoring competitor activities and market positioning to inform strategic differentiation. 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in market or data analysis, preferably within the energy or utilities sector. 

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into strategic insights. 

  • Familiarity with energy market fundamentals, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes. 

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; knowledge of Python, SQL, or R is a plus.
