HR Service Delivery Associate  TA

We are currently looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate TA to join our People Services team.  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing operational processes for Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) programs and initiatives, ensuring a focus on operational excellence and employee experience. Also deliver consistent and high-quality first-line HR support to employees addressing HR-related queries and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions through the ticketing system. 

 

Your role will encompass:   

  • Implement and manage end-to-end operational processes for TA CoE programs (e.g., performance management, onboarding), ensuring a focus on excellence and a positive employee experience 

  • Provide timely and accurate first-line support to employees and managers through the ticketing system, addressing HR-related inquiries effectively 

  • Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and consistency across all TA CoE procedures and processes 

  • Serve as a liaison between People Services and TA CoE teams by sharing insights from employee queries, identifying trends, and highlighting potential policy or process gaps 

  • Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to TA CoE activities and offering training and troubleshooting on HR systems and tools to promote employee and manager self-sufficiency 

  • Coordinates key onboarding activities such as candidate data collection, interview scheduling, and contract issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process 

  • Partners closely with TA Coordinators to streamline onboarding operations and enhance both the candidate and People Manager experience 

  • Collaborates with the broader Talent Acquisition team to implement and continuously improve processes, promoting high-quality standards and best practices across all activities 

 

What you bring to the role:   

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field 

  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or employee services 

  • Proficient in HR systems for data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting 

  • Skilled in managing employee queries via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution 

  • Strong customer service skills, providing timely and helpful support with a positive approach 

  • Ensure data accuracy in HR processes and generate required reports 

  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and results
