We are currently looking for HR Operations Associates to join our People Services team based in Greece, UK, Italy, Eastern Europe or Australia.
In this role, you will manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for executing HR operations related to the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and terminations. Also deliver consistent and high-quality first-line HR support to employees addressing HR-related queries and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions through the ticketing system.
Your role will encompass:

Managing end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, leave administration, and offboarding

Ensuring accurate employee record maintenance and compliance with policies and legal requirements

Resolving employee queries through case management systems, meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

Generating HR documentation (contracts, verification letters) and maintaining personnel files
-
Preparing and generating standard HR reports and dashboards to track SLA compliance and process quality

Provides input and support to managers and employees ensuring the correct execution of HR processes and procedures are adopted through the system.

Conducting regular audits of HR processes and employee data to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery

Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
