We are currently looking for a Front Office Supervisor - Greece to join our People Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the front-line HR support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee queries through our ticketing system. You will also play a key role in identifying trends from recurring issues, generating insights to improve our HR processes, policies, and systems.
Τhis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for operational excellence, and enjoys solving complex HR challenges through data and collaboration.
Your role will encompass:

Manage daily HR query resolution through ticketing systems, ensuring prompt, accurate, and employee-focused support

Handle complex or escalated cases, ensuring effective resolution and adherence to HR policies

Provide employees with timely updates and guidance throughout the query resolution process

Analyze feedback from post-ticket surveys to identify areas for service improvement and optimize support processes

Track recurring issues and trends, offering actionable insights to enhance HR systems, policies, and services
-
Collaborate with internal HR teams, including CoEs, to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery
What you bring to the role:

Previous experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar environment

Strong knowledge of HR systems and issue resolution processes

Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to identify service gaps and drive improvements

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain HR processes to employees and stakeholders

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet service-level targets

Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams
