We are currently looking for a Foreman to join our team based in Ydra.
Your role will encompass:
- Supervise and coordinate various crews on construction on site
- Ensure safety of site personnel and machinery for the whole construction period. Ensure compliance with all HSE procedures, applicable by law policies and company policies
- Assist the site manager with reporting and progress & schedule monitoring
- Follow, update and revise the time plan and progress forecast of the project
- Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans to facilitate project schedule completion
- Verifying the adequacy of plans and construction resources in terms of manpower, material and equipment
- Identifies and communicates all application and installation concerns
What you bring to the role:
- University degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
- High level technical background in construction
- Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Languages: English & Greek essential
- Organizational skills / Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience with environmental projects will be considered as a plus
