We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our Compliance and GDPR Division based in Paiania.  

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital part in our company’s effort to support the compliance team and ensure a proactive approach to identifying and managing compliance-related risks. 

 

Your role will encompass:    

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the compliance team, including managing subscriptions, organizing meetings, and processing expense claims. 

  • Administer and track purchase orders related to division contractual agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed in a timely manner. 

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking the division’s budget, ensuring that all financial records are kept up to date and compliant with relevant regulations. 

  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of various requests submitted to compliance members, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to internal processes. 

  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements, assisting in the documentation and tracking of compliance activities. 

 

What you bring to the role:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or another related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in a company secretarial, governance, or compliance role within a corporate setting. 

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel 

  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus. 

  • High attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented and action-focused.  

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.   

  • Very strong oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, both in Greek & English.
