We are currently looking for an Asset Integration & Development Specialist to join our Energy Management team, based in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our RES and Storage portfolio by coordinating the integration of new assets and driving technical business development initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and enhancing internal processes to strengthen our market presence.
Your role will encompass:

Coordinating the end-to-end integration of new RES, Storage, and flexible assets into the aggregation portfolio.

Maintaining and enriching the technical asset database with specifications, operational data, and contractual parameters.

Collaborating with internal teams (commercial, operations, IT, regulatory) to align integration processes with business and market requirements.

Acting as the primary contact for external stakeholders (asset owners, EPCs, TSOs, DSOs, and regulators) during onboarding.

Supporting technical due diligence and feasibility assessments for new projects and business opportunities.

Contributing to the development and enhancement of internal tools for asset monitoring, forecasting, and optimization.

Preparing technical and commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitoring regulatory changes and proposing process adjustments to ensure compliance and continuity.
What you bring to the role:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in the renewables sector, ideally with exposure to asset monitoring, technical due diligence, or market integration.

Solid understanding of the regulatory and technical framework for RES, Storage, and flexibility assets.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, VBA, or equivalent.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
