We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London, UK. This role will primarily focus on hiring engineering and technical professionals to support our EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) teams working on Renewable Energy Projects across the region.
While experience in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. We are looking for a skilled recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working with technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong sourcing capabilities, and deep understanding of the UK talent market, with a proactive and data-driven approach to hiring.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Strategic Talent Partnering
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to define role requirements and build hiring strategies that deliver results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, bringing market insights, feedback, and hiring trends to support workforce planning.
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing to offer — across a high volume of critical technical and engineering roles.
- Use a mix of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, industry networking) to uncover and engage top-tier talent.
- Candidate Experience Champion
- Ensure an exceptional candidate journey with timely, transparent, and human communication throughout.
- Assess candidates not just for technical skills, but for cultural alignment and long-term fit.
- Data-Driven Hiring
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive better hiring decisions.
- Employer Brand Advocate
- Partner with our branding and communications teams to help position us as an employer of choice for technical talent.
- Compliance & Best Practice
- Ensure full alignment with UK employment law and internal hiring policies — delivering compliant, scalable hiring solutions.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to recruit for technical roles, with or without direct industry experience in energy or construction.
- Strong knowledge of the UK talent market, including local employment regulations and sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and the ability to act as a strategic hiring partner.
- Advanced experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Your Benefits:
- The chance to make a real impact by contributing to the growth of Renewable Energy Projects across the UK.
- A full-time, fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension, subject to performance and business needs.
- A competitive compensation package.
- Comprehensive private medical plan.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise directly shapes talent strategy.
- The opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization committed to sustainability and innovation.
If you're a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional ready to play a key role in building high-performing technical teams, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us drive the future of renewable energy in the UK.
