We are currently looking for a Regional Tax Lead to join our Group Tax & Incentives division based in London, UK.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital part in our company’s effort to ensure accurate tax compliance, streamline reporting processes, mitigate tax risks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain alignment with global tax standards and regulations.
Your role will encompass:

Monitor accurate and timely tax filings and tax payments across assigned jurisdictions, aligning with local regulations and Group standards.

Prepare various tax reports for HQ Tax.

Maintain and organize documentation related to tax filings, audits, and other compliance activities.

Monitor correspondence with tax authorities.

Collaborate closely with the HQ tax team, local tax accountants, local advisors, and Finance Managers.

Assist with internal and external tax audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting reconciliations.

Identify and recommend improvements in tax reporting processes to enhance efficiency and ensure accuracy.

Address tax risks within the assigned region, proactively advising on legislative and policy changes.
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.

7+ years of experience in a tax role, ideally within a multinational corporation.

Proven experience in tax compliance across diverse jurisdictions and tax reporting, with a strong knowledge of international tax regulations and practices, ideally delivering comprehensive reports to HQ roles.

Knowledge of SAP system.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

Very strong oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, both in Greek & English.
