We are currently looking for a Contract & Representation Team Leader (Maternity Cover - 1 year contract) to join our Operations Team, part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division, at our Paiania offices.

By joining this role, you will lead and oversee the Contract & Representation team, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Electricity and Gas Supply Contract processes, while driving customer excellence, continuous improvement, and team performance.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Leading, delegating, and monitoring the daily activities of the Contract & Representation team.
- Overseeing audit, update, and editing of customer details, documents, and voice records for Electricity and Gas Supply Contracts.
- Managing and supervising representation requests and physical contract handling.
- Ensuring operational alignment with regulatory requirements and internal process standards.
- Drive customer excellence CX across B2B and B2C contracts while collaborating with IT to improve processes and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Supporting small to mid-size operational projects and contributing to team performance evaluations.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Degree in any field, preferably with operational or managerial focus
- 3+ years of experience in a similar operational / team lead role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple systems and processes.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and other relevant software.
