METKA ΑΤΕ, as a subsidiary of METLEN, has long-term experience in the infrastructure sector, holding a seventh class contractor’s certificate and now specializes in construction activities, undertaking infrastructure projects such as road construction, certified buildings, railway, marine projects, etc., as well as solid and liquid waste management projects.

We are currently looking for a BIM Designer to join our Subsidiary company ELEMKA. ELEMKA's activities extend to the management of civil engineering projects in the energy sector, infrastructure and buildings as well as the provision of inspection and maintenance services on structures and special constructions.

Your role will encompass:

• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Knowledge of Navisworks would be appreciated
• Experience in extracting quantities from Revit 3D models
• Understanding of different AEC (Architectural, Engineering & Construction) sectors
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in construction projects will be considered an important asset
• Knowledge of Greek and English

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor Degree in E/M Enigineering or equivalent experienc
• Production of floor plans, diagrams, and details in Revit, in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures
• Creation of BOQ based on Revit models
• Collaboration with BIM team members and construction engineers
• Checking BIM models and subcontractor/supplier drawings for compliance with the design
• Ιntroductory training and guidance will be provided by the BIM Department
